John Michael Edelson
Chairman
Michael's current directorships include being the chairman of
Sterling Green Group plc and of London & City Credit Corporation
Limited and being a non-executive Director of Paycorp plc.
Historically, he has been a director of a number of companies
admitted to trading on AIM, including ASOS plc, Prestbury Group plc,
Chelford Group plc, Host Europe plc, Knutsford Group plc, Mercury
Recycling Group plc and Singer and Friedlander AIM3 VCT plc and has
been on the board of Manchester United Football Club Limited since
1982.

Simon Larah
Managing Director
Simon graduated with a BSc Hons in Finance and Accounting in 1995.
He became a registered representative of W H Ireland Limited where
he worked for four years in investment management. In June 2000 he
founded and was a director of Tecc-IS plc, an investment company
investing in early stage Israeli companies, where he acted as
investment manager until October 2002. He then helped establish
Excalibur Ventures Limited.
Elliot Fidler
Finance Director
Elliot qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 and is currently
the finance director of David Samuel Management Limited, an
international property company. Between 2004 and 2007 he was a
partner in Freedman Frankl & Taylor, specialising in audit and
accountancy work and in the preparation of forensic accountant
reports. Elliot is also a director of various private companies and
a trustee and treasurer of a number of charitable organisations.
Anthony Leon
Non-Executive Director
Anthony is a
Chartered Accountant and was Managing Partner of Binder Hamlyn's Manchester office for 15 years. He is currently a
non-executive director of various AIM companies. He is also a
non-executive director of Central Manchester and Manchester
Children's University Hospitals NHS Trust having been the Chairman
of another NHS Trust from 1995 - 2001. He is a Deputy Lieutenant in
the County of Greater Manchester.
